My sweet hubby BBQ'd a whole bunch of chicken for me. This makes my meal planning a whole lot easier. Our main protein is chicken breasts. And in the summer its way to hot for me to hang out at the stove. 100 degrees and a hot kitchen? Don't think so! While I was making dinner for my family I whipped up a bento for my husband.
He has yogurt covered raisins, blueberries, dried berries, dried mango, ranch, sugar snap peas, carrots, Herb de provance BBQ chicken, and cheese. YUMMY!
